Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute corporation Ltd. (HCRDI) distinguishes himself in the building material industry of China as a pivotal research institute and a state Class-A engineering and design certificate holder, steeped in a glorious history of a good 60 years. Through the system reform in July 1999, it was integrated into China National Building Material Group Corporation (CNBM).
